Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher.
2.Over 10 years of experience in large-scale industrial construction and post-construction operational management.
3.Familiar with industrial project operations, proficient in project management, construction processes, and cost control systems.
4.Experience in production operations, familiar with process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvement.
5.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Job responsibilities:
1.Possess in-depth knowledge of the fundamental principles of electroforming, including the deposition process of metal ions in the electrolyte. Be familiar with the deposition potentials of common electroforming metals such as copper and nickel, as well as the effects of current density on the quality of the deposited layer. Understand how to control key parameters in the electroforming process, such as temperature and pH value, to ensure stable product quality.
2.Be proficient in operating and maintaining various electroforming equipment, such as electroforming tanks and power supply units. Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic repairs to ensure smooth production operations.
3.Have a thorough understanding of the properties of various metals and auxiliary materials used in electroforming. Be capable of selecting appropriate materials for different electroforming applications.
4.Master material quality inspection methods and conduct incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with electroforming production requirements.
5.Evaluate existing electroforming processes, identify potential issues and areas for improvement. For example, analyze product defects such as excessive porosity in the electroformed layer or surface roughness issues, and propose effective process optimization measures.
6.Stay updated on the latest advancements in electroforming technology within the industry and implement new process innovations to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
7.Develop reasonable production plans based on order requirements and plant capacity, considering factors such as production cycles and equipment utilization to ensure timely order fulfillment.
8.Coordinate various stages of the production process, including mold preparation, electroforming processing, and post-treatment, ensuring seamless workflow and eliminating production bottlenecks.
9.Establish and improve the quality control system by defining product quality standards and inspection procedures for electroforming products.
10.Address and resolve quality issues in the production process. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methods to analyze quality data, identify causes of fluctuations, and implement effective preventive measures.
11.Have a clear understanding of electroforming production cost structures, including raw materials, energy consumption, equipment depreciation, and labor. Optimize production processes and procurement strategies to reduce costs.
12.Conduct cost accounting and analysis, regularly assessing cost fluctuations. Provide insights for pricing strategies and production decisions to ensure the factory’s economic efficiency.
13.Allocate human resources effectively based on production tasks, clearly defining job responsibilities and authority for each position.
14.Organize employee training and skill enhancement programs. As electroforming technology evolves, conduct periodic technical training to equip employees with new techniques and operational methods. Additionally, provide safety training to ensure workplace safety.
15.Foster a positive and productive team environment, motivating employees to improve work efficiency and quality.
16.Establish effective communication channels and maintain close interaction with employees. Understand their needs and concerns, addressing workplace and personal challenges in a timely manner.
17.Be well-versed in safety risks associated with electroforming, including electrical hazards and chemical handling safety. Develop comprehensive safety management policies and operational procedures to protect employees' lives and factory assets.
18.Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency drills to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Enhance employees’ ability to respond to unexpected safety incidents.
19.Understand environmental protection regulations related to electroforming. Implement effective waste treatment solutions for wastewater, exhaust gases, and solid waste generated during production.
20.Promote sustainable manufacturing by adopting environmentally friendly electroforming materials and processes, minimizing environmental impact.

1.5-10 years of experience in the electroforming industry, with proven success in managing an electroforming plant.
2.Strong expertise in production, technology, and management, with problem-solving abilities.
3.Profound knowledge of advanced electroforming processes and continuous process improvement.
4.Expertise in lean production and cost control strategies.
